NOTE - NO KITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT PRESENT OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE!
I'm currently building for myself for a good while - lots of things to do in my kit stash !
1) 1/32nd scale resin Ford Popular / Anglia shell
to represent a standard road car - includes shell with mounting points for a PCS32 generic slot car chassis moulded in, vac-formed clear windows, a basic interior plate with driver moulded on, and sheet sprues with steel wheel facings with separate hubcaps, a Pop and an Anglia dashboard and steering wheel ( if you want to build your own interior), headlights , and bumpers. Optional extra - a sheet sprue of hot rod parts i.e. slot mag wheel facings, chunk of an E-type IRS unit, wider rear arches.
2) 1/32nd scale resin Fordson 5cwt van shell
to represent a standard road van - includes shell with mounting points for a PCS32 generic slot car chassis moulded in, vac-formed clear windows, a basic interior plate with driver moulded on, and sheet sprues with steel wheel facings and hubcaps, a Pop and an Anglia dashboard, steering wheel, headlights and bumpers, and a separate external spare wheel to go on the nearside door. Optional extra - a sheet sprue of hot rod parts i.e. slot mag wheel facings and a chunk of an E-type IRS unit.
NOTE: these kits do NOT come with a chassis, guide, wires & braids, motor, axles & bearings, and wheels & tyres. You will need to provide these.
As said, the body kits are designed to accept the PCS32 generic slot car chassis, available from Pendle Slot Racing (http://www.pendleslotracing.co.uk/). Or, of course, you can adapt something else........
You will also need to obtain suitable wheels / tyres. That is, for the standard road car, a narrow wheel / tyre, with a rim diameter of 14.5mm for the wheel, and 20mm tyres e.g. something like CT1030B wheels and 32207/t tyres, available from Pendles. If you want to do a hot rod, anything you like, or if you are going to use the optional extra 'slot mag' wheel facings, you will need to find / use wheels with a 12.5mm rim diameter.
